Here in Minne-snowta, our winter snow has come early! I still love the flavorful fall drinks and cozy cups of warmth. I wanted share with you a few of my favorites!
Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte
6 oz organic coconut cream or cream of your choice
½-1cup organic coffee (freshly brewed)
¼ cup pure pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp organic coconut oil or MCT oil/powder
Vanilla or pumpkin spice Stevia-to your liking
1 drop cinnamon bark essential oil
1 drop clove bud essential oil
1 drop ginger essential oil
Organic pumpkin pie spice, sprinkled (for garnish)
Directions: Brew coffee and put all ingredients into a blender and mix. Pour into your favorite cup and grab a book or blanket to enjoy every single sip.
Pumpkin Spice Protein Coffee
1 scoop pumpkin spice bone broth protein (Ancient Nutrition)
1 cup fresh brewed organic coffee
Vanilla stevia, xylitol, or monk fruit to taste
1 scoop MCT powder
Directions: Brew Coffee and add all ingredients into a blender. Pour into your favorite cup and get natural caffeine and bone broth protein all in the same cup!
Coconut Cocoa
8oz hot water-use a hot water kettle to boil
1/3 cup organic coconut cream, can use any kind of milk, just won't be as creamy
1 TBSP coconut oil
1/2 TBSP raw cacao powder
Vanilla stevia to taste

Directions: Boil water and add all ingredients to a blender and pour into your favorite mug! Add homemade marshmallows on top or try some max mallows!
Cinnamon Apple Cider
Fresh apple juice or organic Apple cider
3-4 cinnamon sticks
mulling spice-optional
Directions: Heat up the cider or juice and add the cinnamon sticks/spices. Let simmer for a while and enjoy! Can even use it to make overnight oatmeal instead of water for a apple crisp taste.
Elderberry Tea
16oz water
2 TBSP dired elderberries
1/4 TSP cinnamon
1/8 TSP clove
1/8TSP lemon peel
1 TSP raw honey
Directions: Boil water and add berries and spices. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 min. Strain into a mesh strainer and pour into mugs. Add in your honey and stir. Enjoy when feeling under the weather/ keeping your immune system supported!
